Class Times
We offer classes for every level, and each class last 60 minutes long. The classes are small, so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are geared towards learning proper form, range of motion, and specific training based off each athlete's goals.
Our gym follows MAYHEM Athlete programming, which is inspired from Rich Froning’s programming. A typical WOD at our gym will have a strength/skill portion as well as a metcon style workout.
Strength/Skill
EMOM for 10 minutes alternating between:
3 Back Squats
3 Front Squats
Aim for a weight that is around 75% of your 1RM front squat.
WOD
2 Rounds for Time (18 min time cap) of:
Row 750/600m
